Creamy Guacamole and Grilled Corn Pasta
The avocado. A powerful, creamy, green, good-fat, favorite ingredient of mine. Good on everything, right? At least that is my personal motto. So it was about time I experimented making an avocado sauce. I chose this recipe – and loved it!
Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to grill corn so I used the canned stuff, but I will definitely be making this recipe again soon. It was quicker than I expected and uses easy-to-find-around-the-house ingredients.
