Last week my blog was left neglected as I was out on vacation. To make up for my lack in posts, I will share some photos and highlights from my trip.

I pet a Koala at the Sydney Wildlife Center! The Sydney aquarium is next door and they have some amazing exhibits. My favorite were the upside jellyfish!

I also took a 1.5 hour tour inside a Jenolan Cave! Despite the cold I could have stayed inside much longer – the rock and formations are simply fascinating.

Above is the typical image taken when in Blue Mountains (a 2 hour drive outside of Sydney). The three rocks you see are called the “Three Sisters”

It is mid-winter in Australia, but I was fortunate enough to see blue sky all week! Look at how stunning Harbour Bridge is.

Australia has quite a few tasty beers, but I was particularly fond of the Victoria Bitter.

Did I mention I love seafood? Visiting Sydney’s Fish Market is a must for any seafood lover – expect to pay hefty prices though!
